To all the models that have been e-mailing me for a photo shoot.
I would like to apologize for not answering you back sooner.
I lost my studio this summer, and have been unable to get a new one.
I am trying to find one in the NYC area, but the city is so expensive.
I will keep you posted.
SOME FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Are you a professional?
Yes, but keep in mind that by definition, a professional is someone who does this for a living FULL TIME. I am a hobbyist/Semi-pro.
I do not do this professionally because the pay and benefits from my day job are too lucrative to give up right now. I am a freelance photographer.
Do you charge for photo shoots?
It's negotiable. Also depend if the model want to do TFP/CD.
Why do you want photos of me, and what will you do with the photos?
I enjoy the art of photography, and enjoy working with both new, and experienced models.
One day I would love to exhibit my work in an art gallery, or publish my work.
At the moment I use the photos to promote myself.
Do I need to sign a release?
Yes, I could e-mail you a copy of the model release. You may wish to add any restrictions to the model release as you need to. The release is there to protect both of us.
Can I bring a companion to the shoot?
Absolutely, I welcome all models to bring someone along to help keep them at ease, but it is not necessary. All I ask is that your companion stay off to the side.
How long is a photo shoot?
I usually like to work within a two hour time frame, or depending on the number of outfits the model is using.
